Can I change or add items to my order once an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to amend an order once it has been submitted, particularly if the order has already been released to the warehouse for picking. However, it’s always worth a try, and if we can amend things for you then we will. Who will deliver my products?
We use a number of different parcel carriers depending on location, type of store and service level required.
Can I track my order?
You cannot track the order yourself, however our team will be able to track it for you once it has left our premises and been assigned a reference number. Please contact us should you need to track your order and we will be happy to help.
