How many items do I need to purchase for my order to ship? Is there a minimum order?
If an item is referred to as ‘Everyday Bulk’ or ‘Seasonal Bulk’ then you would need to purchase 3 units per season for the order to ship, for any other items the minimum order is 20 units per season.
If your order does not meet the requirements the order quantities when in the basket will highlight in pink.
*When ordering a kit or a plan that consists of the required number of units to meet minimum order then you can ignore the minimum order check as the order will ship as normal. *If using purchase order numbers you must make sure the each purchase order meets the minimum order quantity.
Can I place a mixed seasonal order i.e. Everyday products as well as Christmas?
Yes you can. However, due to the products shipping at separate times, you will need to ensure that you have fulfilled the minimum order quantity by season and warehouse For example; 21 units in total but Christmas shows as not meeting minimum order.
I have seen something advertised but I cannot find it online.

Can I change or add items to my order once an order has been placed?
It is not always possible to amends orders once they have been submitted particularly if they have already been released to our warehouse systems for picking.
Who will deliver my products?
Any orders placed for delivery in the UK, including Northern Ireland will be delivered by Yodel. Any orders placed for delivery in Ireland will be delivered by DHL.
Can I track my order?
The link to YODEL is on the Shipment details screen. Clicking on it will take you to YODEL tracking automatically
When should I expect my delivery?
If you are a Gold Crown customer and your order is placed before 11:15am, you should expect to receive your delivery on the next working day. For all other customers, delivery is 3 – 5 working days.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
You are able to track your order – please see the information supplied in the FAQ ‘Can I track my order’, if you are unable to gain the information needed from this, please contact the Customer Support team on the correct numbers below and our helpful, dedicated team members will be able to assist you further.
You have sent me the wrong items/part of my order is missing or damaged, what do I do?
